A smarter approach to Pickleball club member management
Pickleball New Zealand (PNZA) has partnered with Hello Club to bring a simpler, more scalable approach to membership management for Pickleball clubs across Aotearoa.
As the sport continues to grow rapidly, clubs and playing groups need systems that can keep up without adding extra admin. This partnership is all about making Pickleball clubs' and playing groups' day-to-day management easier, while creating a better experience for pickleball club members.
With Hello Club, everything sits in one place including registrations, renewals, payments, communication, and reporting. This helps Pickleball clubs and playing groups spend less time on admin and more time on the court.
What this partnership means for Pickleball clubs in NZ
For affiliated Pickleball clubs, this means:
- Faster, simpler member sign-ups
- Automated renewals and online payments
- Clear, streamlined communication
- Reduced workload for volunteers and organisers
Supporting the growth of Pickleball in Aotearoa
PNZA Chairperson Ange Brady said the move reflects the need for systems that can scale alongside the sport’s growth: “Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in Aotearoa New Zealand, and it is critical that our systems keep pace. Partnering with Hello Club enables us to provide a more seamless, professional experience for our members, affiliated clubs and playing groups. A dedicated member management system will also help reduce the time-consuming administrative burden on volunteer organisers.”
Hello Club CEO Rodd Penney added: “We’re proud to partner with PNZA and support the growth of Pickleball across Aotearoa New Zealand. Our platform is purpose built for racquet sports, and through our experience working with Pickleball clubs both locally and internationally, we’ve designed it to enable club growth by reducing administrative workload and allowing organisations to focus on building strong, engaged communities.”
The rollout is already underway, with more information to come for clubs and playing groups looking to get started.
